Return and Refund Policy
At Quaban, we prioritize your complete satisfaction. If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations or arrives defective or damaged, we are here to help resolve the issue.
Please reach out to our customer service team within seven (7) business days of receiving your order so we can assist you further.
Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unmodified, and unwashed, in its original condition.
- The product is in its original packaging, with all labels still attached.
For online purchases, returns can only be made via mail or through our delivery service. We do not accept exchanges or refunds for special order items (customized or customer-specified items), mattresses, duvets, pillows, cushions, bedding, or textiles. For all other items, you may request an exchange or credit note within seven (7) days of delivery. Please note that in this case, delivery and return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The returned item must be in its original condition and accompanied by the original invoice. A credit note will be issued within five (5) to ten (10) business days after the item is received. Delivery and return fees are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order, either partially or in full, within three (3) days for special orders (customized or customer-specified items) and within seven (7) days for regular orders after purchase. To cancel, please contact your in-store advisor or our customer service team. If the cancellation is made within the specified timeframes, a full refund will be issued. If the cancellation occurs after the allotted time, the following fees will apply:
- A minimum of 40% of the value of the cancelled special order items.
- 15% of the value of the cancelled regular order items, or a credit note equivalent to 40% of the value of the cancelled items.
WARRANTY
Quaban partners with suppliers and manufacturers who offer warranties on all products. These warranties cover the replacement (with an identical or equivalent product) or repair of defective items. A replacement will be processed once verified and approved by the manufacturer. The warranty is non-transferable if the product is resold.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery for damaged items.
- We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.
Limitation of Liability
- Quaban is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Florida law and disputes will be resolved in Palm Beach County courts.
